Margin, Cost and Cash Flow of deal for you:

The finance partner would pass through the margin built in the $2,000 up front to you and $20 each month per seat/device/end-user. You
would render the monthly services and be responsible for reconciling their StreamOne invoice each month (i.e. pay the StreamOne invoice
and keep the margin!).
